What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer discounts for packages and more services booked. Also my trials for hair and makeup is very affordable!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask questions of what look they want for hair and makeup. How many people will need services, time line and location. I break everything down for them and begin a contract to lock in the date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I received my esthetics license and makeup certification over 12 years ago. I also eventually became a trainer myself in the field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a dancer and started doing stage makeup. That’s when I fell in love with makeup and hair!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a very large party October 2020. The bride and the bridal was so much fun to work with! I did 3 bridesmaids, the Mob and the Brides hair and makeup. I hired an assistant to do 5 other bridesmaids. Timing couldn’t have gone any smoother! :)
